Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was deleting some unused software from the control panel and now whenever I shut down my laptop, it just boots back up. I unchecked the following setting and it solved my problem but now my laptop takes forever to boot. Could you please tell me the root cause of this as well as how I might fix it. Hi,

Try completly updating the PC and see if the problem persists.

Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately I'm already running the latest version of Windows and I've already updated all my drivers. I already tried the HP support assistant method but it couldn't identify my problem.
