Product: Pavillion G7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

My screen went out on my laptop so I've not used in in 6 years. I forgot about the HDMI port to go to the TV. so now how can I unlock this laptop if i can't remember the password? I don't have access to the email it was synced too. and the recovery disc is built into the laptop. I also don't want to lose the information on the laptop either. any possibilities avail.?

And It won't work power unless plugged in any help there either?

What is your priority here -- getting the PC working again or retrieving the information you never bothered to back up?
