HP Chromebook x360 - 14b-ca0061wm

My laptop has been working perfectly fine. Went to charge it and the light won't come on. Now it has died completely and will not turn on and is not charging. Warranty is expired, I just need to know what I can do to get help with getting my laptop back up running and charging. I lost the original charger but bout a new one which is still not charging the computer.

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?
