each time

windows update is running,

is searching for the same hp usb driver and is not able to install

install error - 0x80070103

Hello both,

I had similar problem in I5 laptop running windows 11

error message contained older driver from 2017

All usb Connection were removed 

then all all usb drivers were uninstalled.

system --> windows update --> push button

no more error message 

checking windows update ok 

in second case the driver was driver from 2018.

no other method provide solution.

Then

remove all usb connection

uninstall one year old windows update

the message was modified indication driver from 2017 like in previous case

and action from this care was applied.

all usb drivers were uninstalled

system --> windows update --> push button

no more error message 

checking windows update ok 

Nota bene

Windows contain AI 

If all cars were unreliable like windows no traffic will be observed and your planet saved.

So use windows for EV.
