Product: HP Notebook - 15-ba083nr (Touch) (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I re set my pc to factory settings. I chose the option to backup my files first, to 3 CD,s. Now I need to download those files back to my laptop. But I can’t figure it out.

Which software did you use to back up your files ? Please use same software to restore files.

I backed it up onto 3 CD-R discs. I put them back in, double clicked on restore, clicked yes to allow application to make changes to my computer. It looked like it was downloading, asked me to put in disc 2 then 3. When it was done, nothing had changed.
