Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used the cloud recovery tool to try and factory reset my laptop, but at the very end of the reset it gives me the error “device could not be found” and when I look in the details it says something about a cto panic due to unexpected restart ? Please help

Hi:

 

I wouldn't be able to help you with why the cloud recovery client tool isn't working, but you can always reinstall W10 for free by creating installation media using the media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.

I can’t get into the computer to download that software and I don’t have another computer
