Can't get passed security screen, tried resetting passwords etc. Can I reset to factory settings?

Hi! @Paulcal, Welcome to HP forums.

 

I understand that you are unable to get pass through the security screen of your PC.

 

Don't worry I will try to help you out.

 

Please provide the error or snapshot of the security screen.

 

Also, to perform a factory defaults on your PC you have to perform a system recovery.

 

Refer this article to know how to perform a system recovery.
