Hello every community members.
I need help emergencies. Suddenly i have face a problem which is when i start my laptop it not directly open the windows operating system. It goes to the HP PC HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS UEFI pages. Although i have check all the system component there is no problem.
This page is shown when i start my notebook. My notebook model is HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop - 15-dk1003ne.
And another problem i have face if after i can start my operating system the brightness always comes to 0% autometically.
Please, dear all. Help me.
How can i solve that issue immediately?
