Compaq Presario CQ61-410US
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a HP Compaq Presario CQ61-410US. It was working fine but then when I was booting it up, the caps lock and num lock lights were blinking. It was blinking in sets of two. When finding what it meant, I learned that it was a BIOS problem. So to fix it, I tried everything I could find.

Power on while pressing Windows+B - Nothing

Power on while pressing Windows+V - Nothing

^sometimes when doing these it would turn back off^

Change CMOS Batt - Nothing

F11 Hard Reset - Nothing

New Ram Cards/HDD - Nothing(I did try booting with no ram cards, but it would just beep at me. Don't know if it would fix it. If it would help, please let me know why it beaps.)

Power on then pressing Esc nonstop - Nothing

One trick i found was to power on the press Windows+B over and over again. When I did that, the caps lock and num lock lights would blink nonstop(like a car warning signal by pressing red triangle). But when i would power off the computer, then power back on, it goes back to blinking twice.

I also noticed that part of my HDD was not connected to any thing. I don't know if that is normal or not.

Please how do i fix this?
