HP Omen 15in
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just purchased a Refurbished OMEN 15inc from Laptops Direct.

On first turning on it started the OS installation and shortly after the mandatory Windows 10 Update. Why does the Omen Control panel not now work, I've seem masses of others requesting help for this problem however everyone is hitting the missing DLL file messages.

As this is a new purchase and new as far as I'm personal concerned find it very upsetting to find that HP and Laptops Direct seem to not have a fix for this problem. I have seen most of the Blogs and answers to the owner giving Fixes however these haven't cured the issue. CAN YOU PLEASE help with this major issue as the Laptops Keyboard Lighting control was a no:1 reson for the purchase.

@Atsol

Please use Windows Store to update OCC to version 9.4.7.0.

Note: Yesterday, came out from blue, I had 2 errors on my machine when start up. I upgraded OCC from 9.4.6.0 to 9.4.7.0 and problems gone.

Regards.
