HP Recommended
Product: HP ac033tx Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

On startup I am getting the following error:

 

'The following product information programmed into system board is missing or invalid-
System board (00A) System Board CT Number"

 

I am not able to charge the laptop 100% or get sound working and it has gone very slow. It turns on, boots up but doesn't allow me to get into BIOS settings either. Everything happened after updating the HP Utility software, it was all fine before that.

 

Laptop is not in warranty.
