HP Recommended
HP Compaq 6910p
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP Compaq 6910p after formating only C drive(window 10 64 bit) is not installing windows (any version). When ever I try installing window via CD it shows error saying "An operating system was not found try dis connect any drives that don't contain an operating system. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del.
I tried installing window from a USB it says " Failed to load boot file".
Window 10 recovery options are not showing.
I did diagnostics test, HDD self-test options, Memory check, Startup check all says successful.
Plz need urgent help .
Regards

Ricardofer seems to have succeeded with the installation from USB. Don't know if it was the 32 or the 64 bit version.

Did you  create the USB with the Microsoft tool or did you use Rufus etc. to transfer the .iso image and make the stick bootable?  And the boot order is ok in the BIOS?

People are using their precious remaining lifetime to try and help, so it is common courtesy to come back and tell what the solution eventually was even if you found it elsewhere. It is for the benefit of everyone.
