I just upgraded the OS in my laptop (model [edited]) I lost my Ethernet, Wireless, and PCI drivers. I've managed to get my wireless and ethernet back but cant seem to find a download that is compatible with my laptop to fix the PCI issue.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi:
If the device is specifically described as a PCI Device in the device manager, then you need this driver for it...
This package contains the driver that enables the Realtek Card Reader in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system. The card reader enables users to read from or write to supported removable storage cards, which are typically used in digital cameras, digital music players, and cellular phones.
