Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop screen on and off rapidly and when l press esc button then it's shift me in boot menu 

When I changed boot option legacy to UEFI then it's said os is not available please help me l can't start my laptop

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... 

First, don't panic ..

 

(1) In your case: Change BIOS option back to legacy !

(2) Check you hardware
