Hi,

I am helping out a family member with a   HP 15-r137wm

 

They bought the laptop new, and inadvertently set the administrator/ power on password.

 

it kicked up a code of :    92995584 after 3 failed attempts.

 

Please help if you can,

Hi, Thanks for your reply.    This time when I input the solution you offered, 23693500,   it stated that it was incorrect, and after the 3rd try, gave an new code of :  68485120
