Hello! So ive been trying to add my laptop to my devices, when i put in my serial number it wants my product number to and then says in an invalid product ID but its not, im looking at the system info and thats what it says. I cant even find my laptop when i have it try to detect my device instead of typing in my info. im trying to get my laptop sent in or where i can take it before my warranty expires cause my keyboard mouse is broken and is like basically falling out.

When i hit fn & esc buttons i have system info and it says my product number is 169W4AV
