I have bought my hp pavilion laptop previous week including hp care pack as my extended warranty in Amazon. I request for hp care pack activation 2 days back. Now the care pack will activate to extend my warranty period for 2 years or it will activate now and the warranty period will be same as the inbuild product warranty period of 1 year??

I purchased it through the official website with a three year warranty and only received a one year system warranty.

I bought a 3 year warranty from the US website and paid with paypal, but I received a letter stating that I don't need to reply, do I need to upload the file? It's been almost 2 months since I bought it and the warranty is still for one year.

 

I uploaded my dispute file twice without any official reply!

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends). 

 

Response times may vary by region. 

 

Please send us a Private Message, if you aren't contacted within 4-5 business days.  

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (such as serial numbers and case details).

I have contacted customer service in Taiwan, but have not been able to get a formal response to my question. It only states that the information I provided is not proof of purchase, but all the information was provided at the time of purchase and there is no more information to prove. Do I need to contact the US service?

Oct.26 Updata: The customer service staff in Taiwan told me that the mode of this order is that the computer equipment and Care Package are purchased separately, so the purchase record cannot be checked. However, I have applied for the purchase dispute case number twice, but I have not received any reply. Please tell me how to help me, because there is a time difference problem so I can only reply by mail...
