My laptop is say “pc needs to be repaired”

“the boot configuration data file is missing sone required information.

File:\BCD

Error code : 0xc0000034

Will need to use recovery tools on you installation media “

 

I dont have a recovery disc and I tried looking up to get one but it says it’s no longer available. Does anyone know where I can get one ?
