Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hi I signed up for Microsoft office and decided to pay monthly Microsoft has already taken the first monthly payment.i have not received a key or a download from them.This could be because I applied for a free trial but cancelled it before the free trial ended on the 10 th Feb. Mobi drive sent me the downloads for office but keeps asking me if I want a free trial .please could you sort this out for me

Sorry, but this issue is entirely between you and Microsoft -- and there is nothing we can do to intervene on your behalf.  You will have to contact them yourself to address this.
