HP Chromebook 14-ca000na 14-Inch Laptop

So my Chromebook has not been working and I spoke to tech support on Amazon who told me I may be dealing with a faulty charger? Really?? The only way I can know that for sure is if I get a new one. I've had the laptop since the end of September. I've not been able to get any work done since it stopped working and I'm seriously on the verge of RMA'ing it. They advised me to call HP. Is there webchat anywhere you could point me to? Thanks!!
