Can someone help please I reset the PC, and since the windows won't install it say prepare and there's a message on the screen that say to click ok the restart the windows because there's was an error everytime it keep saying the same things

@Kens85 In that case, I suggest you make use of the HP Recovery media, as suggested earlier.

Remember: Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

Meanwhile, How was the reset attempted, did you make use of the HP Recovery partition (F11) or did you use the HP recovery media? 
If you don't have an HP Recovery media and have attempted reset using the windows troubleshooter or a retail copy of windows, you'll need to order a recovery media: Click here for steps.

Hi Riddle thx for reaching me out ,I did not had any files cause I already move them to a new pc which means did do back up or anything i wanted to run a USB can't go to the menu I don't have that option  because the computer never got that far to let me use its Menu
