i attempted to restart and reset my laptop, after the first process my laptop died during the ‘do not power off phase’ now every time i attempt to turn it on a small tab comes up saying ‘continue restart’ to which i click ‘ok’ and this continuously pops up over and over again so i can not access my laptop and it is no longer useable. Is there anyway to fix this
