HP Recommended

Bitlocker was activated, I couldn't get the code. I formatted the HDD but even that the PC doesn't recognized it. Is like no HDD is installed at all. What should I do? I download windows 10 installer into USB, everything start good but when asked for a drive to be installed, just the USB can be seen. Please help.

Bitlocker keys are unique to each and every PC, and HP has no records of the individual kays, so there is nothing we can provide you.


Since you apparently did not use the Bitlocker Management function to export your key, the following is all you can try at this point:
