Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am using EliteBook 8570w , os is installed on 110GB ssd (kingston) windows 10 pro.

currently is full only few gbs are left, so i want to upgrate my ssd to 240GB ( kingston),  but when i try to install clean windows in newly purchased (240GB SSD Kingston) gives me this error during the setup after first restart "could not configure Windows to run on this computer hardware"  i had talk with  microsoft and kingston as well they said to contact HP.

please help me. , i was also trying to update system bios, but i could not find the latest bios download page on HP website.i though this is bios thats why it is hapnning. current system bios version is BIOS Version/Date Hewlett-Packard 68IAV Ver. F.43, 2013-10-08

i  want menstion here , that i have already tried

oobe msoobe options, but that does not works form, after doing msoobe , win 10 shows "moment please" for ever.

nothing after then.

yes updating bios than, installing win 7 pro, works but i had to to "oobe" than "msoobe" , after than i update win 7 to win 10, now all works well.
