where you are from and where you purchased the PC from.

 

 

 

If you are from the USA, please review this >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/services/consumer/services-overview.html

You can choose between "Care Pack" warranty extensions or "Smart Friend" helpdesk IT services (or both)

 

If you do not live in the USA, please reach to HP Support via phone >> http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html
