hi this is steven gould i have a hp 15 f272wm notebook i cannot create an hp recovery media i do not have recovery mananger because do you have recovery manager to create an hp recovery media on a usb flash drive and copy it off of it an paste it to the folder an post it to an my gmail is [edit]

Your Support page is in the link below. There is a download for Recovery Manager under Software. You can also order Recovery Media from the page-last item in the list:
