im using the HP Notebook - 15-g212dx (ENERGY STAR) on windows 8.1 my sister was mean to wipe my drive so I want a windows 8.1 image but not a clean one I want to have all the quote bloatware but I don't think its bloatware because I don't think is blote can you help me plz i can only use any free option thx for your help 🙂

Unfortunately, that would be impossible.
You would need to order W8.1 recovery media for your notebook to get the original OS, software and drivers that came with your notebook from the link below.
Your only free option would be to clean install W8.1 by downloading the plain W8.1 64 bit ISO file from the link below.
Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File) (microsoft.com)
Use the Microsoft tool that I zipped up and attached below that you will need to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD so that it is bootable, or you can use a different free utility such as Rufus.
After W8.1 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and whatever software is available from your notebook's support page.
