Hp stream Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I accidentally locked myself out of my laptop. Everytime I try to factory reset it, it says need to add additional storage in order to reset it. And it says my warranty is up. I am very upset because I don't have anything on my computer but it says I need storage. It has been doing that since I have gotten the laptop. I rarely use it but I just changed my password. So I put a clue but the clue doesn't help because I try the new password and I says I'm wrong. Can yall help?

With the password? NO

As to storage, your model came with ONLY 32GB of storage that is not expandable, and with Win10 running on it, and with that doing updates every single week, since you probably did NOT clear any of those out, it did not take long for your 32GB to get filled up.

Had you posted BEFORE you changed your password, we could have provided some links to utilities you could have run that would have recovered some of the room on your drive.

Microsoft Windows has system recovery options available through an advanced startup menu. When powering on the computer, you can enter the startup menu and select the system recovery options you need. Microsoft's system recovery options allow for varying levels of repair. System Restore resets the computer to an earlier date without affecting any files. Startup Repair seeks to correct any errors with the files that allow Windows to boot up correctly. System Image Recovery will completely reset the computer back to the way it came from the factory and delete any files on the computer.
