the driver BTHENUM\{00001132-0000-1000-8000-00805F9B34FB}_VID&0001000F_PID&0000 for my hp 620 is not working.

May i know which operating system are you using like windows 7 or 8 Also could you provide the device name.

 

Go in the Device Manager

select the Device and right click on it select Properties.

Then select Details Tab on the Top and let me know the Name.
