Hi @sam-pc,

Hi! Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues with help from the community!

As I understand that your laptop is asking you visit the HP website.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details.

I need the exact model and product number of your laptop. You use this link to know how to find your product details.

What is the exact issue you are facing with your laptop?

Are you able to login to your laptop?

Did you make any hardware or software changes on your laptop?

Please reply with the required information.

Cheers! 🙂
