Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-aw0023dx

I am having trouble with my computer booting. I want to check my hardware as recommended by the HP Assistant.
After downloading the UEFI from https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/hp-pc-hardware-diagnostics, I am told that my UEFI is out-of-date. How do I get an up-to-date UEFI so that i can check my computer?
