HP Pavilion x360 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

3 month old laptop/tablet combo which has had constant issues since it automatically updates. Until a recent HP update, I was able to screencap anything straight to OneDrive just by pressing the prt sc key, nothing else - super simple. Now, after another pointless update, that no longer works.

Due to other updates jacking up settings, I've already done a system restore, gone back to default settings across the board, tried prt sc + every key imaginable, and still nothing. At a loss as to how to restore that super-simple capping method?

On an unrelated note, every time I exit tablet mode my minimize and maximize window buttons stop working, so any input on that would be much appreciated also, or this thing is going back to the store for a refund.  😞

Thanks!
