Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Just bought a refurbished hp through Walmart and was supposed to have windows 10 but when we turned it on and keep getting the error 3f0

Sorry, but with refurbished PCs, the warranty and support come from the seller, not from HP.

 

You will need to return this to Walmart and either get a refund or demand a replacement.
