reinstalling windows 7 on my notebook

Hi

If you Notebook is already showing BSOD(Blue Screen of Death), then it may interrupt while creating the Recovery Disk now with similar error.

Perform HDD Diagnostics from BIOS or UEFI Diagnostics to check, if there is any issue with the Hard Disk Drive. If the test passes, then you may try creating the recovery disk or recovery USB disk. If that does not work, then you may directly contact HP Customer Care Support to order the recovery disk for installation.

Kindly, do the data backup before performing OS recovery, since it will restore the unit to factory default settings.

Note : If you Notebook was pre-installed with the OS, then only they would help you with the recovery disk ordering(pre-installed OS).

Thank you
