Hello @issueonmypc

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

I am sorry for the issues you have come accross. I really feel for you but withoyt any details from your side, I cannot help you much.

Generally speaking, this is not HP related issue as HP cannot delete anything your PC.

Software can disappear from your PC withot your strict approval due to 2 reasons (at the moment I can think of 2 reasons):

- antivirus/security product generated false positive alarm (false alarm) and erased the software by mistake thinking of this software as malware

or

- Windows 10 . Windows 10 (MS) may erase software without user consent. Officially, this happens during update because the update Microsoft insisted to apply on Windows 10 PC might not have been compatible with the software already present on the PC:

Unofficially, welcome to  George Orwell's world 1984

If you require further assistance, please provide information about your PC model, your operating system, what software is gone, when this happened, what security products you have , have you checked your security program's log files, did you update Windows recently, etc...  provice as many details as possible.

Cheers
