Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP

Error 0x80248007   it fails to update i have tried multiple times. How can i get it to update ?

You might not -- if you are really STILL running Windows XP, as you claimed -- because Microsoft stopped supporting XP years ago and you should not be getting any Windows Updates, anymore.
