Product: Pavilion dv4 series
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am using HP Pavilion dv4 Series Entertainment Notebook PC and i was provided windows 7 home basic from HP. then i updated my PC to Windows 10. But now i am facing troubles using Windows 10 as my PC is getting slow day by day. now i need to download windows 7 which was pre installed on this device to run my PC smoothly. i tried to download Windows 7 using my product key from Microsoft servers but they are showing to contact HP support as because Windows 7 was pre installed in this device by my manufacturer which is HP.

So, can i get Windows 7 Home Basic back on my PC which was pre installed in my PC?
