Hello.

I purchased the notebook HP laptop 15s-eq0023nl  on day 23/02/2020. I checked the serial number on the official website HP and I saw that the warranty started on the day 6/12/2019  and will end on day 4/01/2021.

 How is it possible that the warranty has been active since December if I purchased the notebook in February?

The warranty period starts when the PC is built at the factory, not later, when it is purchased.

 

You should contact HP Customer Support about registering the PC and resetting the warranty start date to your purchase date.

 

To contact HP Support see the following link to create yourself a case number, then call and it may help speed up the call process:
Step 1. Goto this page https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number
Case number and phone number appear.
