Hi:

The reason there is not at least a minimum of a 1-year warranty on your notebook remaining is because HP starts the warranty clock ticking the minute the PC leaves the assembly plant.

So, the more time that has elapsed since the notebook left the assembly plant to the time you purchased it, the less time there is on the warranty.

There are two methods to have the warranty start and end dates adjusted.

1. Submit an online warranty dispute:

HP PCs, printers - Dispute a warranty status | HP® Customer Support

2. Contact HP customer service starting at the link below.

Võtke ühendust HP-ga | HP® Official Site

You also may be able to initiate a support request via the HP support assistant program that comes preinstalled on your notebook.

Hello,

Welcome!

There is nothing to worry about.

In order to address the warranty date on the HP website, you might be able to submit the so called warranty dispute following this article >> https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_2534210-1364541-16

However, based on your location and product, what would count for a potential service is your proof of purchase (a.k.a. invoice, receipt, payment document, etc). HP does not provide direct services for this product at your location but you might be serviced by local HP service partners (authorized service partners). They will rely on your documents / proof of purchase.

Enjoy your HP OMEN 🙂
