I think my pc was updated to Windows 11 and it is slow as molasses.  How do i see if it originally came with Win 10 and can i re-install to original specs to get it back?

It came with Windows 10 Home 64-bit HP OEM version.

MS provides the ability to restore to the previous OS version if you have done the update very recently.  How long ago did you do the update?

Thank you Banhien.

You are correct it is a HP 15-cs2073cl  machine.

I have backed up the data and would like to restore it to the original status (fresh start with everything).

How do i get it back to that state?
