BIOS Update not compatible?

HP Recommended
Pavilion 14-ce0XXX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop overheats when its on charge so i looked into the problem and found out i must update BIOS. I found two updates. The first update went smoothly and was successful but the second update told me my device isnt compatible even though i downloaded it from the laptop's page by entering the serial number.

first update : F.04 Rev.A

second update : F.05 Rev.A

The Notebook is Pavilion 14

Product name : HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce0xxx

Product number : 4MQ61EA#ABV

I will describe the problem again. I was doing BIOS Update from https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers I entered my serial number and clicked Submit. It sent me to my notebook's drivers page. I downloaded the first BIOS update (F.04 Rev.A that was released on Jul 10, 2018) then installed it, and it was successful then downloaded the second update (F.05 Rev.A that was released on Aug 30, 2018) but when The installer opened it said that its not compatible with my device.Screenshot (3).png

How is it not compatible when I downloaded it right from my Notebook's downlaod page?

How?  The Updates tab in HP Support Assistant doesn't show that i have any updates. But didn't show either that i had a BIOS update before I install the first update.
