My laptop fails to detect the ac adapter. Sometimes it says 'plugged in but not charging' and the colour would be white indicating it's fully charged when it is not. I thought the problem was with the adapter but I've done a test to check..one I found on the hp website but it seems the adapter is fine. I thought it was the battery, but I also did a test to check that out and the battery results came out as ok. It switches off by itself without informing me of 'low battery'. I don't know what the problem is.
By the way my laptop is a windows 10 laptop. It's only been a year and 1 month since I purchased it.
