Download from HP off site driver for BIOS and update it, be careful your power cable must be plugged-in during the process!

In America, anyone can become president. That’s the problem

Your brand-new HP computer comes with two warranties:

* a short-term one from the store that sold it to you, e.g., "one week exchange",

* a one-year warranty from HP.

So, take it back to the store. If they choose to not be helpful, Contact HP, to open a claim against the warranty.

If I buy a brand-new automobile, and it has a problem, I would NOT expect for me to be required to do any maintenance/repair in the first month. So, don't waste your time, trying to fix your brand-new computer.
