Is it possible to factory reset my HP stream notebook from home? And if so, how would I go along by doing so?

Yes, you can perform the HP System Recovery from your home.  For information and instructions on performing the recovery, click here.

In terms of what you claim to be running, Win10 32-bit -- NO.

According to the HP product page for your PC, it came in only two models -- one with Win10 64-bit preinstalled, and one with Win8.1 64-bit preinstalled.  It does not show Win10 32-bit as an option.

The factory reset uses the HP recovery information to restore the ORIGINAL OS version that came preinstalled.

So, if the reset works, you will end up with that came with it, originally.
