So I brought a new Hp latop for uni 4 days ago, and its working fine. Only i came to use my FN keys and they are not working. I did the dignostics and they work in the UEFI but not in windows. I've tried to look for the drivers in HP but i can't see any to download. I've tried checking for microsoft updates and updates in Hp support assistant but nothing. Also my mouse has been a bit laggy, hit and miss and not working as smooth, is this because of windows? Windows 10 was pre installed on here when i brought it, and mostly i love it, but ive heard it can mess up alot of laptops.
I dont really want to take my laptop back, mostly because i have a uni essay to write.
Can anyone help? also sorry if this is the worng board.

I read your post about problems with your new HP PC and wanted to help.
You should not be having problems with a PC this new.
While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about diagnosing and repairing your machine remotely.
I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet and do the needed repairs.
