Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have registered for the redemption submitting all the proofs. I have also been given a reference code.

but i am not able to proceed any further, and claim this warranty by paying the amount.

I try to reach the redemption number (1800 180 1810) and it asks for extension number to reach a person or simply give email options to mail (which i have done several times over the last week, without any reply from HP!!!)

if connected to any individual, they claim they cannot hear me and disconnect the call, sometimes they take the ref code and then cut the call. 

 

Someone take a initiative and reach me ASAP
