HP Command Center not Working

HP Command Center has stopped working properly. Don't know how long it has been like this, but it use to always let me choose the performance setting, cooling mode and networks options. Now it only displays my product name.

I have reset the app, reset its data, uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer.

A one month ago HP support assistent  notify me that it has a BIOS upgrade for my notebook, I agreed and Installed that update. After this update when I run HP Command center it just stuck and closed after couple of seconds.

Now installed BIOS version F30 but on HP support site there is only latest F29 version, that I can't use to downgrade the BIOS.

And HP Command center is not working yet.

What I should to do for return to wroking state the HP Command center?
