Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good morning,

 

We are using HP Image Assistant PowerShell module to install latest drivers during MDT notebook imaging process. However, we recently received some new HP EliteBook 840 G8 notebooks which do not install all necessary drivers. 

 

When we use the following command, it will return only a subset of drivers, about 20 driverpacks in total. The previous platform would return about 50. 

Get-SoftpaqList -Platform 8AB8 -os win10 -osver 21h2 | sort id | ft id, name

 

We suspect somewhere a softpaq list for this platform has not been updated correctly, or we are doing something wrong.

 

Any advice?
