HP Pavilion Windows 10 HELP

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ever since I upgraded to WIndows 10 a few months ago my laptop started having a problem. I have seen a thread on what is happening to me before, but I could not find the solution.

Also, I am not that good with computers so can someone explaing what to do?

My problem is this: When I leave my computer on for a bit, the screen turns black. When I press buttons on the key board and move my mouse around, nothing happens. It just stays black. The little power button has a solid light on it and the only way I can turn my computer on is to hold down the power button untill the light turns off, then turn it back on. It takes super long and I need to fix it.

PLEASE HELP ME!

Thanks.
