Product: HP Envy 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have recently bought an HP Envy laptop from PC Canada (without an HP pen), and later on, bought another activation pen on amazon from the HP store in UK. 

I tried downloading the HP Pen Controller from Microsoft but it said "HP Pen Control is not compatible with this computer"

I thought all HP touchscreens are able to pair with an activation pen as claimed on their website, but it seems like whatever I do it won't pair up
